Harm Suffered or Harm Sufferable or Harm Being Suffered or Suffer Harm means for the Civil Liability Acts which were passed across Australia in 2002, harm of any kind suffered as a result of a Risk Of Harm occuring which could be as a result of Negligence by an Inviter due to not including in a Risk Warning in an invitation to participate in a Recreational Activity, including the following:

(a)     Personal Injury or death,

(b)     damage to property,

(c)     economic loss.
