Pilot Phase means May and June 2009 which follows the Prototype Phase when the -

(i)         Project Developer will order and pay for "in toto" the 75 Join a Green Team Team Jerseys from one of the Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers at the Agreed Prices For Long And Short Sleeve; and

(ii)        assemble at least 50 Cyclists from Muggaccinos Bicycle User Group on the Agreed Saturday for the Photo Shoot for the Media Advertising Campaign.
