Total Project Cost means -

A.        $6,500 payable to the Project Developer upon the Project Developer achieving separate -

I.           Conditions Precedent For Pilot Phase whereupon $1,500 for Muggaccinos Team Jersey Contribution is paid to the Project Developer; and

II.          Conditions Precedent For Propagation Phase whereupon up to $5,000 'in toto' Jersey Distribution Fee is paid to the Project Developer @ $50 per each Community Bicycle Group placing a Purchase Order during the Propagation Phase with one of 8 Interested Australian Bicycle Jersey Garment Makers for Join a Green Team Team Jerseys in accord with the Jersey Distribution Forecast

    B.        $20,000 Forecast Cost of Media Advertising for the Media Advertising Campaign.
