            There is evidence that well-designed and sustained initiatives which influence attitudinal, behavioural and environmental factors can lead to significant improvements in population rates of physical activity, through increases in both incidental (for example, walking to catch public transport) and organised (for example, participating in active recreation or sporting activities) activities.

            The YELP First Business Plan is a meticulously well-designed and sustained initiative which will influence attitudinal, behavioural and environmental factors to significantly improve Australia's 22m Human Brownfield Infrastructure physical activity, through increases in both incidental (for example, walking to catch public transport) and organised (for example, participating in active recreation or sporting activities) activities.

   Bohemian Teenagers Arts Assistance Programme which utilise the Venezuela Model based on Five Renowned Famous Orchestras And Choirs Which Have Successfully Targeted Homeless and Marginalised and the Success Of 'Show Choirs' In Motivating U.S. College Students, because both of these successful precedents warrant funding/implementing Bohemian Teenagers Arts Assistance Programme to address the dearth of Social Infrastructure in the Selected 20 of the Lowest Socio-Economic Regions In Australia With A Population >1,500.

 

   "9.      Reduce obesity prevalence and burden among Indigenous Australians

    -    The Primary Research Programme specifically targets Indigenous Australians.  The Second National Preventive Health Research Programme and the Third National Preventive Health Research Programme [explained below] which would similarly establish a Bohemian Teenager Ballet & Modern Dance Company in each of the selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions In Australia With A Population >1,500, again financed 50% by the 'Private Sector' drawn from Australia's leading publically listed and private companies, would naturally assist many Indigenous Australians to improve their self-esteem and QOL with associated mental and physical health benefits.
