Pilot means in the 4 Ps of Project Development, the 2nd Phase limited to the specific Demographic region of the selected State or ACT involving 20 RECs who Supervise or Refer  Interested Adults into +900 LDREGs (in the case of NSW) to achieve a Pilot Sample  Critical Mass of at least 5,200 Participants to facilitate Propagation during the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot.

Encompassed within the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot for the Three Purposes Of The Pilot is a -

A.        10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme (explained in Section 10) to achieve the Two "Deal Breaker" Purposes Of The Primary Research Programme in the main to measure the Hypothesis' scope to reduce each of the Fifteen Problems, largely caused by the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks, noted in Section 2 and considered in Section 3.

B.        16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme (explained in Section 16(g)) involving 6 Months Training Schedules in each State except NSW for the Six Reasons For Preparatory Research Programme, which pursuant to the 6 ' Team YELP'  Triathlons, would -

            *          commence in Tasmania on 13 Aug 2011 when 9 Tasmania 'Team YELP'  Participants as members of three 'Team Entries' begin their 6 Months Training Schedule to attempt one leg each of the Hell in the Hills, Sheffield Tas 'Olympic Distance' Triathlon on Sun, 12 Feb 2012; and

            *          conclude on Sun, 11 Dec 2012 when 12 ACT 'Team YELP'  Participants as members of four 'Team Entries', having trained in their 6 Months Training Schedule since 10 June 2012, attempt on leg each of the the annual Canberra City, ACT Half IronMan on Sun, 9 Dec 2012,

            for the Six Reasons For Preparatory Research Programme.

The 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot concludes on 30 June 2013, being 5 months after the completion of the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme.
