IPCC pronounced in May 2007  a "shift in lifestyles" is required to mitigate climate change   

Postponement of the ETS still allows implementing a fully documented Community Driven Healthy Exercise Lifestyle Programme to mitigate Climate Change by enabling Interested Adults to lead a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle with Changed Social Values

Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme -

(i)         is a fully costed CDHELP with a robust First Business Plan which 'inter alia' will achieve by end-2016,  165,000 fitter, stronger Australian  Interested Adults better able to work (from 2023) to 67 pension age who leave a smaller Personal Carbon Footprint;

(ii)        is ready to launch a 16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme contemporaneously with 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot on 13 Aug 2011;

(iii)       21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot  Budget is $2,963,000 approx;

(iv)       draws on the mentoring skills of 52 Golden Gurus (32 Pioneer FOFs with Five Pioneer FOF Qualities and 20 RECs who possess Eleven Sports Administration Attributes); and

(v)        Forecast Return On YELP Capex for 4.9 years to end June 2016 will reduce Adverse Costs (which exceed $155 billion annually) by more than $212 million dollars

RTV Promotion would provide favourable publicity of the Australian government implementing a Community Driven Healthy Exercise Lifestyle Programme which accords with IPCC's pronouncement for a  "shift in lifestyles" which will reduce Adverse Costs by more than $212 million dollars within 5 years

' Team YELP'  RTV Promotion and Hilly Rides Challenge RTV Promotion would provide material favourable publicity of the Australian government implementing a Community Driven Healthy Exercise Lifestyle Programme which -

1. will achieve by end-2016,  165,000 fitter, stronger Australian  Interested Adults better able to work (from 2023) to 67 pension age who leave a smaller Personal Carbon Footprint;

2. accords with IPCC's pronouncement for a "shift in lifestyles" to mitigate Climate Change;

3. draws on the Gatekeeper attributes of 52 Golden Gurus (32 Pioneer FOFs with Five Pioneer FOF Qualities and 20 RECs who possess Eleven Sports Administration Attributes);

4. has a Forecast Return On YELP Capex at least tenfold over and above the YELP  SPV's  Capex within 5 years; and

5. will reduce Adverse Costs by in excess of $212 million dollars within 5 years due to Twelve Low Cost Propagation Initiatives, as measured by Return on YELP Capex Software.

YELP is ready to launch a 16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme contemporaneously with 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot on 13 Aug 2011.

I welcome discussing YELP with someone in the Australian government whose Lifestyle includes a Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activity and therefore knows first-hand of the -

(a)        charismatic energy that RECs, who possess Eleven Sports Administration Attributes, to Take Charge Of  Interested Adults who are keen to re-ignite the skills they learned during their Youthful Exuberance Growth Phase in a Recreational Exercise Activity to lead a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle with Changed Social Values; and

(b)        physical and therapeutic benefits of joining a Local District Recreational Exercise Group which provides a Local Community Common Bond Support Group.

YELP is as cheap as chips because it utilises Existing Recreational & Competitive Exercise Infrastructure and Existing Human Resources.  Second Business Plan,  Third Business Plan and Fourth Business Plan also facilitate Changed Social Values.
