The YELP Holistic Hub First Business Plan contends that a PPP structure will facilitate a confluence of ideas, innovation and creativity from Pioneer Fit Old Farts who work for Health & Ageing, Environment, Heritage and the Arts or Dept of Climate Change, DIISR and RET which represent the Four Public Sector Equity Holders, and a Dozen Major Australian Companies.
Below is a summary of each Equity Holder's proposed input which would be featured in the 3 x 60 min episodes on ABC1 national television from March 2013 of "Hilly Rides Challenge" to springboard Propagation:
1.
Health & Ageing - (ii) provide meaningful input to the Return On YELP Capex Software re Improved Personal Health And Fitness, and changes to Coping Skills, Cognitive Development, Family Unit Cohesion, Recreational Drug Use; 2. Environment, Heritage and the Arts or Dept of Climate Change provide data on the reduced Personal Carbon Footprint from various combinations of changes in Primary Energy Carbon Contributors due to Materially Altered Lifestyle. 3. DIISR - (i) source most of the 20 RECs; and (ii) provide meaningful input into Improved Personal Health And Fitness in testing the 50 Volunteers by the Research Programme Team and the Initial Lifestyle Behaviour Evaluation Of Each Volunteer 4. RET would, in the 4th Product Phase promote ideal landscape for Participants to participate in regular exercise competitions - organised by YELP SPV in 4th Phase - to encourage Participants to expend their leisure time locally and not taking air flights to distant lands which materially increase Personal Carbon Footprint. NSW, in particular is blessed with hundreds of beaut mountains to hike up or climb by bicycle, as well as lakes/rivers/oceans to swim, kayak and canoe. An Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series which Tourism Australia provided a support letter for KOM Challenge Series is the initial Product. Vital to reducing Personal Carbon Footprint is RET agencies successfully promoting exciting and appealing venues to cycle, hike, swim and paddle in the 4th Product Phase of YELP. 5. Pioneer Fit Old Farts from Australia's major mining companies, infrastructure companies and banks contributed modelling resources for the Return On YELP Capex Software which feeds into the Base Case Financial Model 6. Pioneer Fit Old Farts from two leading law firms separately represented the 'Public' and 'Private' Equity Holders under a PPP for the YELP SPV. 7. One leading accounting firm audited the YELP SPV's financial accounts. Another leading accounting firm provided written comments (for the benefit of each of the 16 Equity Holders) on the Head Consultant's Monthly Report To Equity Holders. 8. ABC1 should be the first network asked to provide media input for the 12 Private Sector Equity Holders by producing Hilly Rides Challenge in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme for the RTV Promotion to be televised nationally in March 2013 to springboard the Propagation Phase. 9. Pioneer Fit Old Farts from amongst the Equity Holders provide innovative creativity during the Pilot and Primary Research Programme which - (i) added value to the Return On YELP Capex Software to determine the Economic Return On YELP Capex and update the Base Case Financial Model; and (ii) establishes a robust platform for Philanthropy. |
