The YELP Holistic 'Hub' First Business Plan contends that a JV between Four Public Sector Equity Holders and 12 Major Australian Companies (bringing financial modelling and PPP expertise) will facilitate a confluence of ideas, innovation, creativity and enterprise from 2 Pioneer Fit Old Farts from each of the above 16 Equity Holders.
Below is a summary of each Equity Holder's proposed input which would be featured in the 3 x 60 min episodes on ABC1 national television in March 2013 of "Hilly Rides Challenge" which would film approx. half of the 50 Volunteers train for and complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges at the Venue Of Primary Research Programme:

Environment, Heritage and the Arts or Dept of Climate Change provided data on the reduced Personal Carbon Footprint from various combinations of reductions in Primary Energy Carbon Contributors due to Materially Altered Lifestyle. 3. DIISR assist to develop an innovative national Preventive Health programme driven by knowledge creation (via the 15 Tenure Of Pilot), utilising cutting edge science (Return On YELP Capex Software) and research (10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme) achieving Increased Productivity; and 4. RET would, in the 4th Phase, known as Product Delivery, promote locally available sporting and recreational venues for Participants in Annual Challenge Series Competitions - organised by YELP SPV thereby expending their leisure time locally and not catching air flights to distant lands which materially increase Personal Carbon Footprint, namely to lead a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle. NSW, in particular is blessed with hundreds of beaut mountains to hike up or climb by bicycle, as well as lakes/rivers/oceans to swim, kayak and canoe. An Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series which Tourism Australia provided a support letter for KOM Challenge Series is the initial Product. Vital to reducing Personal Carbon Footprint is RET successfully promoting exciting and appealing venues to cycle, hike, swim and paddle in the 4th Product Phase of YELP. 5. Interested employees from Australia's major mining companies, oil and infrastructure companies and banks contributed modelling resources for the Return On YELP Capex Software which feeds into the Base Case Financial Model. 6. Two leading law firms separately represented the 'Public' and 'Private' Equity Holders under a PPP for the YELP SPV. 7. One leading accounting firm audited the SPV's financial accounts. Another leading accounting firm provided written comments (for the benefit of each Equity Holder) on the Head Consultant's Monthly Report To Equity Holders. 8. ABC1 Television production of "Hilly Rides Challenge" RTV Promotion televised nationally in March 2013 and also the earlier RTV Promotion On DVD To Clinicians At Outset Of Pilot. 9. Pioneer FOFs from each of the above Equity Holders provided innovation, creativity and enterprise during the Pilot and Primary Research Programme which added value to the Return On YELP Capex Software to determine the Economic Return On YELP Capex. |
