Wyong to Hornsby, via
Yarramalong Valley, the 'dreaded' Bumble Hill, Peats Ridge, Mt. White - 92km - 4
riders
Cycling from Wyong to Hornsby is tougher than riding
Hornsby to Wyong, 'cause Hornsby's elevation above sea level is 186m and
Wyong's elevation is 9m. Hence, we climbed an additional 177m
yesterday, whereas if we had cycled from Hornsby it would have been 177m
fewer climbing, instead of 177m more climbing. When you add 177m
more to 177m less = 354m difference. Holy shit! Silly us.
(Is my rationale rational?)

The tough get going when the going wasn't
even tough, 'cause it was a delightful 'unhot' morn' which did, however,
warm up by mid-arvo when

completed their respective routes with
SlowLea
registering 130km and
Bank Teller
117km.
