Defined Terms and Documents 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Programme Philanthropic Transition To Retirement Division or PTRD or Transition Into Retirement means as set out in Largest 10 Australian companies each opt to establish within 5 years of Third RTV Year a Philanthropic Transition to Retirement Division ("PTRD") within its Human Resources (Public Relations) because of the benefit to "their bottom line" of Wise Old Owls delivering cost-effective Social Inclusion programmes energised by the Motivational Incentive Of RTV and quantified on their 'balance sheet the 10 largest Australian companies would each opt to establish (within 5 years of Third RTV Year) a PTR within its respective 'Human Resources' (Public Relations) a PTR which enables senior executives who are approaching retirement to nominate to be (under the Private Sector Philanthropic Administrator Model) an Employee Elder Colleague by assigning -
because of the benefit to the company's "bottom line" of Wise Old Owls delivering cost-effective and successful Social Inclusion programmes that are - (a) energised and publicised by the Motivational Incentive Of RTV where each Corporate Sponsor's name appears in the credits of each RTV Programme and some Wise Old Owls particularly impress with their contributions (noted under 1st in Private Sector Philanthropic Administrator Model and also in Three Benefits To Ten Corporate Sponsors); and (b) favourably quantified on the company's 'balance sheet' due to the increase to 'Intangible Assets' or 'Goodwill' exceeding the company's - (i) financial annual contribution to a particular Social Inclusion programme; and (ii) forgone labour hours that are not worked by their Employee Elder Colleagues on their primary work responsibilities. |
