Defined Terms and Documents      'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Programme 

Motivational Incentive or Motivational Incentive Of RTV means telecasting nationally 34  x  One Hour RTV Episodes of "Attaining Teenager Life Skills" (as part of Four Proposed RTV Programmes) would provide a material Motivational Incentive to each of the -

*          140 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students;

*           the Cross Section Of Mentors; and

*           and the other Various Parties,

to perform to their utmost during the Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills Coverage Period.

The Biggest Loser, The Block, Dancing with the Stars, MasterChef and My Kitchen Rules are contests about weight loss, dancing, cooking or home renovating.  None are 'world beating' Rocket Science.  However, the awareness that the contestants know that their efforts, or lack of effort, will be on public display, on national 'Reality Television', provides an enormous Motivational Incentive to the participants, and all associated with the RTV programme, to strive to perform to their absolute utmost. 

The powerful Motivational Incentive of national public exposure can be exploited for the Life Skills Philanthropic Service Movement to deliver Social Inclusion to the Socially Disadvantaged in a highly cost-effective manner under the Private Sector Philanthropic Administrator Model.

Participants include the -

(A)        Eleven Mentor Roles predominantly performed by Thirty Philanthropic Elder Colleagues;

(B)        140 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students; and

(C)        20 other Year 9 Aboriginal Student Applicants who were not accepted as part of the 140 Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students, but were invited to be -

             a)         billeted at the homes of Employee Work Experience Providers for up to 8 nights during school holidays in the Third RTV Year; and

             b)         receive 5 working days Work Experience 'At the Leading Edge' of that particular Corporate Sponsor's primary production activity(s).

Powerful Phenomenon that is Reality TV -  Competing against other participants has always been the foundation snapshots the history of the development of RTV which, due to 'Competition against the other Participants', has become a powerful motivation tool across the Western world for all parties involved in its production.
