Annual Challenge Series Competitions means enjoyable, healthy, safe, annual sporting competitions, delivered by the YELP SPV via the Internet, for both RREAs and MREAs, open to Interested Adults between 18 and early 70s - Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged which enables Government to overtly display a pro-active role to motivate, recognize and reward Interested Adults for leading a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle which - (a) enhance individual self-esteem; (b) instills pride to improve one's physical performance; (c) enthuse Interested Adults to exercise regularly, thereby addressing the vital 5th Stage of the Five Basic ‘Stages of Change’; (d) Materially Alters Lifestyle; and (e) reduce Personal Carbon Footprint. The Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series as set out in the Information Memorandum is the first proposed Annual Challenge Series Competition. The second would be a similar series for Bush Walkers to hike prominent Bush Walks, on the perimeter of each capital city to determine the fastest Bush Walkers in each Age Division and Disabled Category. As proposed in the Information Memorandum for the Annual King of the Mountain Challenge Series, the intention is to draw on the talents and enthusiasm of existing Sports Event Organisers and to franchise each Annual Challenge Series Competition in each State or Territory to existing successful sporting groups - not to re-invent the wheel. Section 3.VII.(c), Annual Presentation Awards Dinner and Compete For Market Share explains that Annual Challenge Series Competitions copies the marketing guile deployed by the 5th Guidance Influence to put bums on seats by creating a forum to pay homage to Australians who - (i) are the fittest/healthiest in their Age Division or Disabled Category; and (ii) foster a Sense Of Community by making it fashionable to Materially Alter Lifestyle and become a Community Support Provider by assisting one's fellow man, particularly amongst the Disabled and Disadvantaged by recognizing Exceptional Community Contributions at an Annual Presentation Awards Dinner in each state capital. Governments want some adults to Materially Alter Lifestyle and live a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle which leaves a small Personal Carbon Footprint. Hence, it is incumbent upon Government to rely on the Traditional Role of Democratic Government to invoke the 6th Guidance Influence to provide an Annual Presentation Awards Dinner in each state capital to similarly recognise and pay homage to Australians in (i) and (ii) above thereby similarly exalting these 'Winners'. The cost to run Annual Challenge Series Competitions in several of the RREAs to reward Interested Adults is infinitesimal, compared to the benefits to (a) to (e) above which will reduce the >$155b Negligent Lifestyle Annual Costs of the Fifteen Problems.
