* Able to launch on 1 Nov 2009 with the contemporaneous commencement of 16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme and 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot with 'Aggregate Expenditure' of YELP over 4.9 years to end June 2016 of $19.4m to 'inter alia' achieve by end-2016, 165,000 fitter, stronger Australian Interested Adults better able to work (from circa 2023) to the 67 pension age

As logged in Annexure G "Schedule of Correspondence", this Sixth Letter to Chair of Preventive Health Taskforce dated 24 May 2009 which encloses 2 CDs "as at 24 May 2009" informs that the Business Plan Developer has recently posted two YELP CDs under the below covering letters as they represent some of the Four Public Sector Equity Holders:

A catalyst to the above final letter was the announcement in the Fed Budget of lifting the pension age to 67 from 2023 as the Propagation Forecasts And Targets (by end-2016) predict 165,000 fitter, stronger Interested Adults who would be better able to work to the 67 pension age.
