Second Purpose Of Primary Research Programme means create a highly persuasive RTV Promotion titled "Hilly Rides Challenge" by filming approx 25 of the 50 Volunteers during the Primary Research Programme (and other Participants from amongst the 5,200 Pilot Sample) which highlights -

*           how personally satisfying and addictive it is to complete Two Legendary Endurance Cycling Challenges amidst a LCCBSG,  Administered by RECs and the Research Programme Team relying on e-Learning and Training Techniques on the YELP Website, thereby commencing a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle; and

*           the Economic Return On YELP Capex to mitigate the Fifteen Problems. 

RTV Promotion of the positive results of the Primary Research Programme - 1st low cost initiative of Twelve Low Cost Propagation Initiatives which Compete For Market Share will cost-effectively kick-start Propagation of YELP to remaining Australian states and territories.
