Gross Head Consultant
Remuneration means if the
Business Plan Developer
is appointed by
Dept of Health & Ageing,
or another agency, to be responsible for the
Pilot, Primary Research Programme
and
Conditions Precedent To Propagation, pursuant to the
YELP Holistic First Business Plan, total remuneration at a rate of $145,000
pa which was the Business Plan Developer's previous base salary with Commonwealth Bank prior to retiring
in Feb 2007. The
Business Plan Developer
can provide the original of that employment contract to
Dept of Health & Ageing,
or another agency.
Net Head
Consultation Remuneration means Gross Head Consultant Remuneration less
Donation To YELP Disabled Equipment Fund.
The
Head Consultant's
Donation To YELP Disabled Equipment Fund
for the term of his appointment as
Head Consultant would be 25% of Gross Head Consultant
Remuneration which hopefully would encourage other
Pioneer FOFs
and
RECs to
similarly donate between 0 and 50% of any fees they received in their YELP roles
to encourage
Philanthropy.
The purpose of
-
(i)
separately defining -
(a)
Gross Head Consultant
Remuneration and
Net Head Consultant
Remuneration; and
(b)
Gross
REC
Remuneration and
Net REC
Remuneration; and
(ii) the
Business Plan Developer, if
appointed
Head
Consultant, committing to donate 25% of his Gross Head Consultant
Remuneration to the
YELP Disabled Equipment Fund,
is to encourage
Philanthropy
for
YELP
by
-
(iii)
RECs similarly
opting to donate from Nil up to 50% of their Gross
REC
Remuneration to the YELP
Disabled Equipment Fund; and
(iv)
Participants and
Fit Old Farts also
being encouraged to donate
to the YELP Disabled Equipment Fund
because they believe
YELP's
structure is cost-effective.
In the last 5 years the Business Plan Developer has donated slightly
over $103,000 to registered charities.
