YELP Disabled Equipment Fund means a fund administered by the YELP  SPV which purchases human powered modified bicycles and Hand Cycles for the Disabled under YELP which the following may donate to:

(i)         RECs

(ii)        Head Consultant

(iii)       Participants

(iv)       Fit Old Farts.
