for the
Four Purposes Of Second National Preventive Health Research Programme with a
Forecast Return On BTSO Capex;
*

on
-
i)
14
Public & Private Equity Holders
to fund a
BTSO SPV;
ii) 28
Golden Gurus

to administer a
BTSO SPV;

6th Guidance Influence;
*
would be administered by
two
Pioneer
Classical Music
Fogeys from each of
14 Public & Private Equity
Holders
under a BTSO SPV
which utilises
the same
JV PPP structure as the
YELP SPV in the
First National
Preventive Health
Research Programme; and
*
Four Public Sector Equity
Holders would invite two
Pioneer CMFs
from each of
10 major Australian
companies to join the BTSO SPV,
entailing the 'Private Sector' contributing 50%
of 'Budget Costs'
A
Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestras
National
Research Programme
administered by a
BTSO SPV, which funds
the cost of
Symphony Orchestra Instruments
for
each of the 20
Bohemian
Teenager Symphony Orchestras in each of the
Selected
20 Lowest
Socio-Economic Regions by emulating
the success of
Three Famous Orchestras And Choirs Which Have Successfully
Targeted Homeless and Marginalised.
Each
Symphony Orchestra Instrument
would remain the property of
each
Interested
Marginalised Teenager musician whilst ever he/she continues to
play with their local
Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestra
for a
maximum
Caped Seven Year Tenure.
BTSOP
would also fund
the cost of
employing 20
Bohemian Orchestra
Chief Conductors and 20
Bohemian Orchestra
Assistant Conductors, consistent with
Golden Gurus,
who possess
Eleven Music Teaching
Attributes
to perform
Ten Bohemian Orchestra Conductor Duties (similar to
RECs,
who possess
Eleven Sports Administration Attributes).
The title
Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestra
which overtly displays a
Bohemian
Cultural Flavour
is the ideal "Hot-Button"
as the word
Bohemian,
which
originally came from
the Czech dialects of Bohemia, is synonymous with
everything that the
BTSO SPV seeks to achieve
in the
Four Purposes Of Second National Preventive Health Research Programme.
BTSONP seeks to encourage the
Bohemian
traits of many
Marginalised
teenagers
by displaying through orchestral music
within a 'Local Community Common Bond Support Group', their unorthodox
social viewpoints and/or unconventional appearance and
behaviour.
BTSONP does not to seek to 'force convention'
upon these
Marginalised
teenagers.
However, by encouraging such
Marginalised
teenagers to project their
unorthodoxy through classical music with a
Bohemian Cultural Flavour,
the opposite will result, as upon
learning from a
Bohemian Symphony Orchestra
Conductor
to play a
Symphony Orchestra Instrument
in a
Well-Balanced Symphony Orchestra,
which competes against the other 19
Bohemian Teenager Symphony
Orchestras in an
Annual National
Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestras
Competition
importantly with 'RTV Promotion' which
galvanises enthusiasm and bonding, Interested
Marginalised Teenagers will
increase
Self-esteem resulting in
Medium
Term Benefits Of BTSOP, and ultimately
Long
Term Benefits Of BTSOP.
The
BTSO National
Preventive Health
Research Programme would be administered by
two
Pioneer Classical Music
Fogeys from each of
14 Public & Private Equity Holders,
28 'in toto',
under a
BTSO SPV
under
the same form of management structure as the
YELP SPV in the
First National
Preventive Health
Research Programme
which under a
JV PPP
between
Four
Public Sector Equity Holders and
12 Private Sector Equity
Holders provides 32
Pioneer Fit Old Farts
to administer the YELP SPV.
The
Four Public Sector Equity Holders
in the
BTSO SPV
would likely be Department of Education,
Employment and
Workplace Relations
and
Department
of Environment,
Heritage and the Arts. Ten major Australian companies, other
than the
12
Private Sector Equity Holders
under the YELP SPV, would make up the
10 Private Sector Equity Holders.
As with the YELP SPV, the
BTSO SPV
would be funded 50/50 between the 'Public
Sector' and the 'Private Sector'. Hence,
each of the
Four Public Sector
Equity Holders
would each contribute 12.5% of 'Budget Costs',
as explained in the
50/50 Funding Model.
Bohemian Teenager Symphony
Orchestras
National
Programme is a
Research
Programme as
Return On BTSO Capex Software
would quantify the
Economic Return On BTSO Capex of each of the
20
Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestras in the
Selected
20 Lowest
Socio-Economic Regions to
determine if the Second National
Preventive
Health
Research Programme should be propagated beyond the
Selected
20 Lowest
Socio-Economic Regions.
The
BTSO SPV would maintain
an
Orchestra Performance
Focus, not an individual performer focus, whilst delivering its
Five Functions because
each
Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestra
is an engine for social change. |
