Second National Preventive Health Research Programme     Defined Terms - Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestra Programme    Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestras Programme

Orchestra Performance Focus means the BTSO SPV would maintain an Orchestra Performance Focus, not an individual performer focus, by -

(a)        delivering the Annual National Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestras Competition amongst the 20 Bohemian Teenager Symphony Orchestras promoted on RTV to maximise motivation within each BTSO;

(b)        NOT seek to identify the best young Australia musicians from within the BTSOP, because BTSO's focus is playing a musical instrument within one's 'Local Bohemian Community', not to cheery- pick the best musicians for a state or national orchestra, as it is a 'given' that some musicians are better than others; and

(c)        recognise exemplary -
             *        individual member's community contributions; and
             *        orchestra community contributions,

   at annual presentation awards nights - similar to YELP's  Annual Presentation Awards Dinner.
