14 Public & Private Equity Holders or 14 Equity Holders means for the BTSO SPV, under the Community Organising Model For Social And Economic Change -

*           Four Public Sector Equity Holders; and

*           10 Private Sector Equity Holders,

where -

*           Four Public Sector Equity Holders would each fund 12.5% of 'Budget Costs' and provide two Pioneer Classical Music Fogeys to represent it on the BTSO SPV; and

*           each of 10 Private Sector Equity Holders would fund 5% each of 'Budget Costs' and provide two Pioneer Classical Music Fogeys to represent it on the BTSO SPV.

The 14 Public & Private Equity Holders would report to, and take instructions from,  the NPA's  Board of Governance.
