Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Assistant Conductor or BSOAC means an adult approaching retirement or recently retired who  -

(i)         possess Eleven Music Teaching Attributes;

(ii)        is capable of performing the Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Chief Conductor Duties;

(iii)       fall within a very narrow band of Australians aged 50 to <60 years of age, say 1 in 250 circa Australians or 0.4% of the 2.55 million Australians aged 50 to <60 year old, being 10,200 volunteer sports administrators; and

(iv)       meets the terms of reference for the Golden Gurus programme.
