Economic Return On BTSO Capex means,

for the YELP Holistic First Business Plan, the increase in Cashflow and reduction in the Adverse Costs from fiscal allocations of Capex by the YELP  SPV on Human Brownfield Infrastructure during Propagation as measured by applying the Return On YELP Capex Formula which calculates the Economic Return On YELP Capex which feeds into the Base Case Financial Model to determine 'inter alia' each Participant's  Contribution To Society.
