Four BTSO Public Sector Equity Holders means the below four Australian Government departments that would each provide two employees who possess skills and qualities noted in Five Classical Music Fogeys Characteristics (comparable to Five FOF Qualities):

1. Department of Health & Ageing which reports to Ms. Nicola Roxon, Minister for Health & Ageing;

2. Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations which reports to 'inter alia' Ms. Kate Ellis, Minister for Childcare and Youth;

3. Department of Environment, Heritage and the Arts which reports to Peter Garrett AM MP; and

4. Depart of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research (DIISR) which reports to Hon Kim Carr.
