Business Plan Developer For The Two National Preventive Health Research Programmes or Business Plan Developer or BPD or the Writer means Philip Johnston -

(f) swims about 4km each week;

(g) cycles approx 125km hilly routes each Sunday with similarly inclined middle aged folk amongst Muggaccinos.com;

(h) has cycled as a Pilot with 8 vision impaired cyclists on the back of various tandem bicycles - longest ride has been 127km; and

(i) is a Director of KOMpm Pty Ltd.

(j) built www.KOMpm.com for cyclists to -

(i) log their Climb Times after climbing 63 majestic King of the Mountain Climbs around the perimeter of Greater Sydney and the Illawarra; and

(ii) compare their improvement and against other climbers in their age division.

(k) has utilised his Project Development Expertise to prepare the YELP Holistic First Business Plan to reduce the >$155b Negligent Lifestyle Annual Costs to the Australian economy (fiscal Health Care Costs, other fiscal costs and Foregone GDP) of Fifteen Problems (aligned with 'Health' and/or Lifestyle Behaviour) by regarding Australia's 22m population as Human Brownfield Infrastructure to inject Capex via YELP to inter alia Improve Personal Health & Fitness to achieve Fifteen Benefits Of Materially Altered Lifestyle.

(l) e-mailed to 2020nomination@pmc.gov.au on 28 Feb 2008 at 5:28pm a completed Nomination Form for the Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme for the Australia 2020 Summit; and

(m) has had several articles published by the Editor of Push On cycle website, sponsored by Bicycle NSW, on 'Risk Management' issues:

To encourage Philanthropy and Corporate Philanthropy within YELP by Pioneer FOFs, RECs and Participants -

A. the YELP SPV, for the benefit of the 16 Equity Holders, would pay the Business Plan Developer a Peppercorn Fee of $10 for all the I.P. associated with two years R&D to produce the Five YELP Business Plans, with the YELP First "Hub" Business Plan containing 90% of the I.P., whereupon the YELP SPV would own the I.P.

B. Gross Head Consultant Remuneration notes that if the Business Plan Developer is appointed by Dept of Health & Ageing, or another agency, as Head Consultant to be responsible for the Pilot, Preparatory Research Programme, Primary Research Programme and Conditions Precedent To Propagation for the YELP Holistic First Business Plan, the -

(i) Head Consultant's total remuneration would be at a rate of $145,000 pa; and

(ii) Head Consultant would Donate To YELP Disabled Equipment Fund for the term of his appointment 25% of the Gross Head Consultant Remuneration which hopefully would encourage Philanthropy by some other RECs and Pioneer FOFs.

In the last 5 years the Business Plan Developer has donated slightly over $103,000 to registered charities.

Annexure E. "Head Consultant's Conditions Precedent To 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot explains the duties of the Business Plan Developer as Head Consultant if so appointed by Dept of Health & Ageing or another agency.
