Six Functions Of BTB&MDCP SPV are -

(i)          promote to Interested Marginalised Teenagers that joining a Bohémian Teenagers  Ballet & Modern Dance Company in their 'Local Bohémian Community' and becoming a IMT Student Dancer is chic and hip because -

              (A)       of a super-stars like Rudolph Nureyev, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Suzanne Farrell, Gelsey Kirkland, Natalia Markarova 'et al'  whose ballet dancing has entertained millions across all spectrums of society, not for a few decades, but in concert halls, theatres and opera houses across the globe for over four hundred years;

              (B)       Australian, Steven McRae, who was a student at Rooty Hill Public School, but is now the 'Principal Dancer' with Britain's Royal Ballet Company;

              (C)      Australia has produced a wealth of other internationally acclaimed ballet dancers including Daryl Brandwood, David McAllister, Lucinda Dunn, Robert Curran and Rachel Rawlins and the legendary Marilyn Jones, as well as many renowned contemporary modern dancers;

              (D)      provide an opportunity for the 50% approx. of the 20 selected Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Dance Companies who are dominated by Indigenous Australian  IMT Student Dancers to include the Corroboree and Aboriginal Islander Dance in their Dance Repertoire to express their native heritage; and

              (E)      Ballet and Modern Dance -

                          (i)         requires enormous fitness, dedication, perseverance and commitment; and

                          (ii)        provides marvellous opportunities to associate with talented artistic people across various cultures, who often display unorthodox or eclectic values;

(ii)         help each such Interested Marginalised Teenager for a maximum Caped Seven Year Tenure by providing a Dance Class Venue at each of the Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions In Australia With A Population >1,500;

(iii)        assist each Interested Marginalised Teenager by providing a Senior Artistic Director who possess Seven Senior Artistic Director Attributes , supported by a Assistant Artistic Director who possess Seven Assistant Artistic Director Attributes to jointly perform Artistic Director Duties & Responsibilities;

(iv)        utilise the Second Component Of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to -

              (a)         provide 'Pleasant activity scheduling' which help IMT Student Dancers to increase the depth and scope of their lifestyles;

              (b)         apply 'distraction techniques' such as 'pleasant imagery', 'counting methods when improving their dancing skills, and 'use of a focal point' which helps IMT Student Dancers learn to divert attention away from stressful or unproductive thoughts;

              (c)         assist IMT Student Dancers replace overly negative stressful thoughts with more adaptive, Challenging coping thoughts, thereby achieving Cognitive Development.

(v)         co-ordinate concerts locally to foster a Sense Of Community and living a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle; and

(vi)        oversee such young Australians cross-train with a Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activity(s) for Improved Personal Health And Fitness as well as  Cognitive Development.
