I refer to our chat last night at the Roseville Club.

Enclosed is a CD ROM of the Five YELP Business Plans "as at 15 Jan 2009" which automatically opens at this Letter to Sally Butcher dated 16 Jan 2009 which contains URLs which navigate the Five Business Plans. 

My Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme ("YELP")  Holistic First Business Plan is the Hub.  It provides almost 3,000 circa URLs and utilises almost 300 Defined Terms to ensure clarity/certainty of all statements made therein.

read say my letter to Peter Garrett, Minister for Environment, Heritage and Arts dated 31 Dec 2008 as it outlines my YELP Holistic First Business Plan with an achievable Milestone Timetable and Propagation Forecasts And Targets.

I need to collect the Marathon Challenge DVD from you in a week or so.  But you can keep my CD.

You will glean from Annexure G  "Schedule of Correspondence for YELP Holistic First Business Plan" that I do not hold back in sending my CD ROMs to -

(i)         Professor Anderson, CEO, NHMRC of Australia;

(ii)        Ministers in both NSW and Australian Govt;

(iii)       Heads of Govt Departments associated with the proposed Four Public Sector Equity Holders; and

(iv)       7 Preventive Health Taskforce Members for Nicola Roxon's Preventive Health Taskforce pursuant to Ms Roxon's Terms of Reference.

Sadly Ms. Roxon's Preventive Health Taskforce has ignored its Terms of Reference, because pursuant to "Accountability and deliverables", her Taskforce failed to provide "a three year work program by September 2008".  Instead it issued a Discussion Paper inviting responses by 2 Jan 2009 which I sent my "600 word max" response on 2 Jan '09.

I welcome you reading my First Holistic 'Hub' Business Plan, known as Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme ("YELP").  The Other Four YELP Business Plans are Interdependent with YELP the 'Hub'.
