Liability Risk Management Acumen means each REC and Accredited Participant understanding the tort laws associated with professional indemnity and third party public liability for his/her particular state or territory, with respect to Recreational Activities which involve Three Types Of Risks when an Inviter invites a member(s) of the public, known as an Invitee(s), to participate in a Recreational Activity which involves risks - in NSW Civil Liability Amendment (Personal Responsibility) Act 2002 No 92, in particular "Division 5 Recreational Activities".

Understanding the tort laws associated with professional indemnity and third party public liability is necessary to ensure that each Interested Adult (for the particular RREA that the REC, Accredited Participant or Organiser is responsible for) receives the following Risk Management Protocols -

(i)          Risk Warning;

(ii)         Liability Acknowledgement; and

(iii)        Training Procedures to Acquire Theoretical Knowledge,

in order to mitigate Serious Sporting Accidents and possible subsequent costly and stressful litigation.

Possessing Liability Risk Management Acumen is the 8th of Eleven Sports Administration Attributes.

In order to mitigate liability of the YELP SPV,  Interested Parties,  RECs and  Equity Holders, the YELP Holistic First Business Plan requires all Interested Adults to Acquire Theoretical Knowledge via e-Learning Techniques on the YELP Website prior to a REC  Introducing an Interested Adult to an Organiser of a LDRREG.

Explained in Section 12 -

A.         a Participant who -

             (a)       has been a Participant in a particular RREA for more than 12 months; and

             (b)       has achieved Liability Risk Management Acumen by passing a comprehension test via e-Learning Techniques on the YELP Website,

             may then be granted Accredited Participant status on the YELP Website; and

B.         Accredited Participants and the YELP Website will be the primary means for Abled Interested Adults to become Participants after 2014, as the number of RECs is reduced because RECs will have fulfilled their purpose to attract -

            (a)        Critical Mass in order to commence the Propagation (3rd Phase); and

            (b)        Collective Action by end Dec 2015.
