Inviter means with regard to the Civil Liability Acts which were enacted across Australia during 2002 any person who invites another person(s), hereinafter an Invitee(s), to take part in a Recreational Activity. 

An Inviter should be very experienced in the Recreational Activity because the Inviter -

(a)        must observe reasonable care and skill by undertaking Due Diligence;

(b)        owes a Duty Of Care his/her Invitee(s); and

(c)        is liable for his/her Negligence in the performance of his/her duties as an Inviter if such Negligence results in Harm Suffered by an Invitee(s).
