Recreational Activity means with regard to the Civil Liability Acts which were enacted across Australia in 2002, and in the case of NSW Clause 5M "No duty of care for recreational activity where Risk Warning" of Division 5 Recreational Activities of Civil Liability Amendment (Personal Responsibility) Bill - Nov 2002, any of the following if the below activity(ies) involve any of the Three Types Of Risks of Harm Sufferable:

(a)        Sport (whether or not the sport is an organised activity) which includes sport provided by Sporting Activity Providers.

(b)        Pursuit or activity engaged in for enjoyment, relaxation or leisure.

(c)        Pursuit or activity engaged in at a place (such as a beach, park or other public open space) where people ordinarily engage in sport or in any pursuit or activity for enjoyment, relaxation or leisure.
