IMT Student Singer-Dancers; and (b) many of the residents of these 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions by instilling a sense of pride in the achievements of their Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Bohémian Teenagers Show Choir as publicised through RTV Promotion which itself will prove an enormously cost-effective Motivational Incentive; ii) engage Social Capital to achieve Social Inclusion by improving the Social Determinants Of Health of the Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions from 20 Bohémian Teenagers Show Choirs expressing their unorthodox social viewpoint and/or unconventional appearance/behaviour by performing Selected Show Choir Routines with a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour within their 'Local Bohémian Community'; iii) achieve Forecast Return On BTSCP Capex whereby for every dollar expended by the BTSCP SPV to reduce the Adverse Costs will be - a) recovered within 2 years; and b) returned at least fourfold within 10 years, largely due to no major on-going outlay for Symphony Orchestra Instruments, with Medium Term Benefits Of BTSCP, in particular reduced smoking and alcohol consumption, improved diet and increased physical activity due to wanting to improve their singing-dancing prowess and Long Term Benefits Of BTSCP as calculated by applying the Return On BTSCP Capex Formula using Return On BTSCP Capex Software; iv) Two Show Choir Directors develop personal relationships with each of their 90 approx. IMT Student Singer-Dancers on a footing where each IMT Student Singer-Dancer is dignified and respected, whereupon the Two Show Choir Directors are able to assist particular IMT Student Singer-Dancers or direct them to other social workers who can improve their lot; v) facilitate a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle; vi) Medium and Long Term Benefits Of BTAAP; and vii) Narrow the chasm between The Haves And The Have Nots. Re i) above, Twenty Renowned Orchestras, Choirs, Theatre Companies And Workshops Which Have Successfully Targeted Homeless and Marginalised notes, 'inter alia' that one of the several governments that have sought to copy the Venezuela Model (explained therein) is Big Noise in Scotland which comments: "Through learning to play together, the children learn to live together, and to grow up as confident people with respect for themselves and each other.” "Big Noise removes the barriers that keep underprivileged children from having the opportunity to be in an orchestra. “We work very hard to make sure that a child who is interested in being in the orchestra, gets to be in the orchestra. If they aren’t interested and don’t want to come then that’s fine. Maybe they will change their minds later when they see how much others are enjoying it. But if they want to come and there is a barrier stopping them, then we will remove it.” "As with the El Sistema-inspired projects in Ottawa and New York City, Big Noise through the efforts of Sistema Scotland offers a beacon of light for underprivileged children. In the words of El Sistema founder, Dr. José Antonio Abreu, these are projects that fight “against poverty because a child who is materially poor becomes spiritually rich through music. Once the child has been enriched by music spiritually, he’s well prepared to belong and succeed in society.” Unlike the Venezuela Model and it's "copies" (Big Noise in Scotland and El Sistema-inspired projects in Ottawa and New York City) which target children, the Bohémian Teenagers Show Choir Programme is targeting teenagers and has included the word Bohémian because a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour will more successfully appeal to, attract (and retain) IMT Student Singer-Dancers in the Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions In Australia With A Population >1,500 to join and remain with of 20 Bohémian Teenagers Show Choirs across Australia for the Seven Purposes Of First BTAAP Business Plan. BTSCP - (a) seeks to encourage the Bohémian traits of 1,800 IMT Student Singer-Dancers by committing themselves to their Bohémian Teenagers Show Choir, amidst a Local Community Common Bond Support Group, by expressing any unorthodox social viewpoints and/or unconventional appearance and behaviour; and (b) does NOT to seek to 'force convention' upon Interested Marginalised Teenagers. By encouraging such Interested Marginalised Teenagers to project their "unorthodoxy" and "free spirit Bohémian flair" through a democratically Selected Show Choir Routine with a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour, the opposite will likely result, as upon learning from the Two Show Choir Directors to dance in a Bohémian Teenagers Show Choirs with 90 or so other IMT Student Singer-Dancers, who compete against the other 19 Bohémian Teenagers Show Choirs in an Annual National Bohémian Teenagers Show Choirs Competition with the knowledge of assured RTV Promotion which galvanises enthusiasm and bonding, IMT Student Singer-Dancers will enhance self-esteem/self-confidence resulting in Medium Term Benefits Of BTSCP and Long Term Benefits Of BTSCP.
