Bohémian Cultural Endeavour means for the First BTAAP Business Plan -

(a)        encouraging Interested Marginalised Teenagers who live within one of the Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions to join a BTSC and, consistent with their particular Bohémian traits, learn to sing & dance the Selected Show Choir Routines to become IMT Student Singer-Dancers; and

(b)        expressing in their singing and dancing unorthodox social viewpoints, and/or unconventional dress sense and/or unconventional behaviour, and/or eclectic values, a strong interest in the Performing Arts, with little regard for Economic Materialism which emit GHGs, thereby epitomising Bohémian lifestyle.

The First BTAAP Business Plan has deliberately adopted a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour because unlike the Venezuela Model it seeks to attract teenagers (ie. from age 13) and not "youth" from say age 6.  The word Bohémian will best attract the target audience to achieve the Seven Purposes. 

The nomenclature Bohémian better imbues the sentiment necessary to achieve ii) of the Seven Purposes.
