Bohémian Cultural Endeavour means for the Third BTAAP Business Plan -

(a)        encouraging Interested Marginalised Teenagers to become IMT Student Dancers and learn to dance a Selected Dance Repertoire consistent with their particular Bohémian traits which was chosen from Styles Of Dances; and

(b)        expressing unorthodox social viewpoints, and/or unconventional dress sense and/or unconventional behaviour, and/or eclectic values, a strong interest in the Performing Arts, with little regard for Economic Materialism which emit GHGs, thereby epitomising Bohémian lifestyle.

The Third BTAAP Business Plan has deliberately adopted a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour because unlike the Venezuela Model it seeks to attract teenagers (ie. from age 13) and not "youth" from say age 6.  The word Bohémian will best attract the target audience to achieve the Seven Purposes. 

The nomenclature Bohémian better imbues the sentiment necessary to achieve ii) of the Seven Purposes.
