Re i) above, Twenty Renowned Orchestras, Choirs, Theatre Companies And Workshops Which Have Successfully Targeted Homeless and Marginalised notes, 'inter alia' that one of the several governments that have sought to copy the Venezuela Model (explained therein) is Big Noise in Scotland which comments:

"Through learning to play together, the children learn to live together, and to grow up as confident people with respect for themselves and each other.”

"Big Noise removes the barriers that keep underprivileged children from having the opportunity to be in an orchestra.  “We work very hard to make sure that a child who is interested in being in the orchestra, gets to be in the orchestra.  If they aren’t interested and don’t want to come then that’s fine.  Maybe they will change their minds later when they see how much others are enjoying it.  But if they want to come and there is a barrier stopping them, then we will remove it.”

As with the El Sistema-inspired projects in Ottawa and New York City, Big Noise through the efforts of Sistema Scotland offers a beacon of light for underprivileged children.  In the words of El Sistema founder, Dr. José Antonio Abreu, these are projects that fight “against poverty because a child who is materially poor becomes spiritually rich through music.  Once the child has been enriched by music spiritually, he’s well prepared to belong and succeed in society.”

Separately, in the USA the VH1 Save The Music Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music education in America's public schools, and raising awareness about the importance of music as part of each child's complete education.  Since 1997, the VH1 Save The Music Foundation has provided $45 million worth of new musical instruments to more than 1,700 public schools in more than 100 cities around the country, impacting the lives of more than 1.4 million public school students.

Unlike the Venezuela Model and it's "copies" (Big Noise in Scotland and El Sistema-inspired projects in Ottawa and New York City) which target children, the Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Dance Research Programme is targeting teenagers and has included the word Bohémian because a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour will more successfully appeal to, attract (and retain) IMT Student Dancers in the Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions In Australia With A Population >1,500 to join and remain with of 20 Bohémian Teenager & Modern Dance Companies across Australia for the Seven Purposes Of Third BTAAP Business Plan

BTB&MDCP -

(a)        seeks to encourage the Bohémian traits of 1,800 IMT Student Dancers by displaying through dance, within a Local Community Common Bond Support Group, expressing their unorthodox social viewpoints and/or unconventional appearance and behaviour; and

(b)        does NOT to seek to 'force convention' upon these Marginalised teenagers.

By encouraging such Marginalised teenagers to project their "unorthodoxy" and "free spirit Bohémian  flair" through a democratically Selected Dance Repertoire with a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour, the opposite will likely result, as upon learning from the Two Artistic Directors to dance in a Bohémian Teenagers  Ballet & Modern Dance Companies with 90 or so other IMT Student Dancers, who compete against the other 19 Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Dance Companies in an Annual National Bohémian Teenagers Ballet & Modern Dance Competition with the knowledge of assured RTV Promotion which galvanises enthusiasm and bonding, IMT Student Dancers will enhance self-esteem/self-confidence resulting in Medium Term Benefits Of BTB&MDCP and Long Term Benefits Of BTB&MDCP.
