Section 10 points out 20 RECs will need to pass a 100 Point Test to obtain requisite Accreditation Benchmarks to satisfy the Eleven Sport Administration Attributes to perform the 11 tasks defined at "Supervise" and one task defined to "Refer" Interested Adults into one of 14 different Recreational Exercise Activities available at +900 Existing LDREGs across NSW using Existing Recreational & Competitive Exercise Infrastructure that Organisers, potential RECs and Fit Old Farts presently utilise, and also drawing on Existing Human Resources.

Section 12 notes:

A)        A successful Pilot is predicated upon sourcing 20 RECs who each possess Eleven Sport Administration Attributes. 

B)        Through his networking across some of the above RREAs, the Business Plan Developer knows several contemporaries who inter alia possess designated Eleven Sport Administration Attributes. 

C)        Contemporaries that the Business Plan Developer personally knows at other LDRREGs similarly know other seasoned sports administrators across the other RREAs with a similar unbridled passion for their chosen sport. 

D)        These 20+ Organisers are highly proficient salesmen because they believe in the product they have been selling to fellow Australians for many years.  They rarely take the foot off the pedal because of the satisfaction they derive in evidencing others enhance their QOL.

Section 13 -

(I)         contends that RTV Promotion of the Critical Mass of the 5,200 Pilot Sample which have enjoyed the intervention of a REA during the 21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot can be used to cost-effectively inspire tens of thousands of other Interested Adults to want to Materially Alter Lifestyle by intervention of a REA; and

(II)         notes that by utilising the substantive economies of scale that e-Training and e-Research Techniques enables a marvellous opportunity to assist hundreds of thousands more Interested Adults learn how to commence a RREA at a LDREG under the Optimum, Uniform Delivery Model which includes a LCCBSG.
