21½ Months Tenure Of Pilot means for the Three Purposes Of The Pilot with a Pilot Budget of $2,963,275 with Pilot Goals, Forecasts and Predictions commences on 13 Aug 2011 and concludes on 30 June 2013 -

(i)         as is explained in Section 10, achieve a Critical Mass of at least 5,200 Participants, known as the Pilot Sample, who Materially Alter Lifestyle to 'inter alia' Improve Personal Health And Fitness;

(ii)        as explained in Section 16(g), conduct a 16 Months Tenure Of Preparatory Research Programme for the Six Reasons For Preparatory Research Programme, which pursuant to the 6 'Team YELP'  Triathlons involves 150 'Team YELP'  Participants across 5 States and ACT, selected pro rata across the six state capitals and ACT, forming 50 x 3 person teams in small, discrete LCCBSGs to train during a 6 Months Training Schedule which -

             *         commences in Tasmania on 13 Aug 2011 when 9 Tasmania 'Team YELP'  Participants as members of three 'Team Entries' begin their 6 Months Training Schedule to attempt one leg each of the Hell in the Hills, Sheffield Tas 'Olympic Distance' Triathlon on Sun, 12 Feb 2012; and

             *         concludes on Sun, 11 Dec 2012 when 12 ACT 'Team YELP'  Participants as members of four 'Team Entries', having trained in their 6 Months Training Schedule since 10 June 2012, attempt on leg each of the the annual Canberra City, ACT Half IronMan on Sun, 9 Dec 2012; and

(iii)       as is explained in Section 16, conduct a 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme involving 50 Volunteers for the Two "Deal Breaker" Purposes Of The Primary Research Programme which commences on 1 April 2012 and concludes on 31 Jan 2013.
