Scribe's rap-up of "return to Mt White, plus Somersby "Bellbirds" anti-clockwise126km -  20 cyclists

Twenty Muggs' cyclists rolled out of Hornsby station carpark from 8am.  Rex aka MediaMan, Bazza and David aka TreeHugger had Chores A-Beckoning, so they rolled-out early bound for Mt White.

17 others, incl two 'femmes', Princess Caroline and Justine aka Trumpeter, rolled-out at 8:15am.

90 mins later we all rolled into the 'new' Mt White Village Store, and although the verdant grassy knoll wasn't at its veritable "bestest", the inside of the joint is about 3 times bigger, with lots more tables and chairs under cover outside (and inside) to 'repast' under-cover when it ain't flash outside.  The additional exposed floor boards inside are second hand in keeping with the rustic nature of the joint.

Navigator, Trumpeter, Glasgow  PrincessCaroline and BigBusDriver did a "Uie" at Mt White, with the rest of us rolling Nth to Calga to commence the 38km loop in the 126km route map.

A few of the crew forgot that whilst the burgers at Somersby General Store are beaut, they are also humongous.  Hence, ordering extras like a 'fried egg' or 'cheese 'n bacon' wasn't a good idea.

Our main contingent returned to Hornsby around 3pm.

KayakMan suffered 2 flats and CampyAfficinado one also, so they, together with BankTeller, limped back into Hornsby station carpark approaching Four Bells, well pleased with their effort.
