(a) encouraging Interested Marginalised Teenagers who live within one of the Selected 20 Lowest Socio-Economic Regions to join a BTSO and, consistent with their particular Bohémian traits, learn to play orchestral music from classical to hip-hop, using Symphony Orchestra Musical Instruments with a Balance Of Symphony Orchestra Instruments under the regimented disciplines of any large, successful orchestra to become IMT Student Musicians; and (b) expressing in their music unorthodox social viewpoints, and/or unconventional dress sense and/or unconventional behaviour, and/or eclectic values, a strong interest in The Performing Arts',, with little regard for Economic Materialism which emit GHGs, thereby epitomising Bohémian lifestyle. (a) encouraging Interested Marginalised Teenagers and, consistent with their particular Bohémian traits, learn to dance a Selected Dance Repertoire consistent with their particular Bohémian traits which was chosen from Styles Of Dances to become IMT Student Dancers; and (b) expressing unorthodox social viewpoints, and/or unconventional dress sense and/or unconventional behaviour, and/or eclectic values, a strong interest in The Performing Arts',, with little regard for Economic Materialism which emit GHGs, thereby epitomising Bohémian lifestyle. The Second National Preventive Health Research Programme has deliberately adopted a Bohémian Cultural Endeavour because unlike the Venezuela Model it seeks to attract teenagers (ie. from age 13) and not "youth" from say age 6. The word Bohémian will best attract the target audience to achieve the Seven Purposes Of Second National Preventive Health Research Programme. The nomenclature Bohémian better imbues the sentiment necessary to achieve ii) of the Seven Purposes.
