Six Functions Of BTSOP SPV are -

(i)          promote to Interested Marginalised Teenagers that playing a Symphony Orchestra Musical Instrument in a symphony orchestra in their Local Community Hall is chic and hip because of super-stars like Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart, Brahms, Tchaikovsky 'et al'  whose compositions have entertained millions across all spectrums of society, not for a few decades, but in concert halls across the globe for hundreds of years;

(ii)         help such Interested Marginalised Teenagers by providing a Symphony Orchestra Musical Instrument for their personal use whilst ever they remain part of their BTSO for a maximum Caped Seven Year Tenure;

(iii)        assist such Interested Marginalised Teenagers to learn to play a Symphony Orchestra Musical Instrument from instruction by a Bohémian Symphony Orchestra Head Conductor, supported by a Bohémian Symphony Orchestra Assistant Orchestra Conductor, who each possess Nine Music Teaching Attributes and perform the Bohémian Symphony Orchestra Conductor Duties And Responsibilities;

(iv)        utilise the Second Component Of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to -

              (a)         provide 'Pleasant activity scheduling' which help Interested Marginalised Teenagers to increase the level and range of their activities;

              (b)         apply 'distraction techniques' such as 'pleasant imagery', 'counting methods when improving their music playing skills, and 'use of a focal point' which helps  Interested Marginalised Teenagers learn to divert attention away from stressful or unproductive thoughts;

              (c)         assist Interested Marginalised Teenagers replace overly negative stressful or unproductive thoughts with more adaptive, Challenging coping thoughts, thereby achieving Cognitive Development.

(v)         co-ordinate concerts locally to foster a Sense Of Community and live a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle; and

(vi)        oversee such young Australians cross-train with a Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activity(s) for Improved Personal Health And Fitness as well as  Cognitive Development.
