Nine Music Teaching Attributes means a seasoned music teacher who  -

(i)         has played a musical instrument professionally for at least two years;

(ii)        has acquired professional orchestra conducting experience for at least ten years with a track record of excellent teaching and a passion to energise others to similarly enjoy symphonic music;

(iii)       has the patience and ability to work with less talented but enthusiastic teenagers; 

(iv)       possesses an infectious enthusiasm for symphonic music;

(v)        uses gestures to shape the music being played, communicate desired tempo, phrasing, tone, colour, pitch, volume, and other performance aspects;

(vi)       possesses many of the attributes of a Community Support Provider through having displayed a manifest Sense Of Community by having expended at least 10 years of giving to the local community in an unpaid capacity by selflessly and successfully motivating >50 other persons to the joys of classical music within a LCCBSG;

(vii)      has not been motivated by pecuniary profit when expending many hours over approx. 10 years giving to their local communities 'gratis';

(viii)     has led by example through their own musical achievements - walked the talk by having performed at a high level and possesses Talk The Walk Motivational Skills;

(ix)       holds at least one 'Accredited Music Certificate' evidencing completing a course by a state or private musical body.
