(ii)        Response letter from Peter Morris, Dept of Health & Ageing, dated 2 July 2009 which informed that the Taskforce submitted its report to Minister for Health & Ageing on 30 June 2009;

(iii)       Seventh Letter to Shaun Larkin dated 5 August '09, which enclosed 2 CDs of the Five YELP Business Plans under the First National Preventive Health Research Programme "as at 5 August 2009" which provided Ninth Letter to Chair of Preventive Health Taskforce dated 5 August 2009 and Further Update Letter to Peter Morris dated 5 August 2009 as logged in Annexure G.  "Schedule of Correspondence"; and

(iv)       Eighth Letter to Shaun Larkin dated 8 October 2009, which enclosed a CD of Two National Preventive Health Research Programmes "as at 8 October 2009", and asked you to read Tenth Letter to Chair of Preventive Health Taskforce dated 8 October 2009 -  also posted to the other members of the Taskforce and Peter Morris, Dept of Health & Ageing dated 8 October 2009 and Ms. Susan Rogers, Dept of Health & Ageing dated 8 October 2009, as logged in Annexure G "Schedule of Correspondence".

The purpose of this Ninth Letter to Shaun Larkin, Member of Preventive Health Taskforce dated 8 Dec 2009 is to provide the Business Plan Developer's   Second Letter to Minister for Health & Ageing dated 8 Dec 2009 and a CD ROM of the Two National Preventive Health Research Programmes "as at 8 Dec 2009". 

This Second Letter asks the Minister to arrange for the writer to discuss with the Chair of the National Preventive Health Taskforce, prerequisites to Attracting Private Sector Funding in accord with "Future funding models for prevention set out in the Final Report, which will benefit from Complimentary Employee Enthusiasm.
