110 Qualified Physiotherapists or Qualified Physiotherapists means 110 physiotherapists, who are qualified in terms of (iii) below, are required for the ICDI Launch Year, as calculated at Training Venues, Seasoned Running Coaches & Physios required for Launch Year, who  -

(i)         live within 20km of one of the 103 Designated Training Venues in the Eight Major Australian Cities;

(ii)        will attend Two Hour Weekly Training Sessions (1 Qualified Physiotherapist will attend each of the 103 Designated Training Venues on all Saturday Or Sunday Training Days) during the 6 Months ICDI Training Programme, to mitigate injury prevention for up to a maximum of 110 Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults (split approx 50/50 over Saturday and Sunday) in order to facilitate those Interested Overweight Or Obese Adults  to  Develop Running Skills, Fitness And Foster Fellowship; and

(iii)       hold a diploma or degree in Physiotherapy from a prescribed university or college in Australia, New Zealand or Canada pursuant to the under Section 27(2)(f) of the Physiotherapists Act 2005.

 

Allocation of the 110 Qualified Physiotherapists is calculated at Training Venues, Seasoned Running Coaches & Physios required for Launch Year.

Motivational Incentive explains that knowing that the professionalism, efforts and commitment made by health and fitness experts who supervise volunteer participants, will be featured on a 'Reality Television' programme/s, provides an enormous Motivational Incentive to those health and fitness experts to -

i)          perform to their absolute utmost; and

ii)         offer their services and involvement time in a 'Case Study' or research programme at less than market charge-out-rates.

Being associated with a successful, HELP would -

a)         enhances a physiotherapists CV;

b)         boost professional profile and reputation; and

c)         provide an opportunity to meet on average 100 prospective new patients who live locally.

The 'ICDI-HELP Programme Manager' and the 'ICDI-HELP Assistant Programme Manager' would report to the ICDI-HELP SPV and would be responsible to source the required 110 Qualified Physiotherapists to attend Two Hour Weekly Training Sessions on each Saturday and each Sunday of 26 consecutive weekends, namely 52 Two Hour Weekly Training Sessions during the 6 Months ICDI Training Programme, equals 104 hours plus average travelling time of one and a half hours (allowing for each Qualified Physiotherapist to be covered by a 'Back-up Qualified Physiotherapist' on an average of 5 of the 52 weekend days) for a fee of $300 per two days weekend which aggregates at $7,800 per Qualified Physiotherapist.     

110 Qualified Physiotherapists to cover the 103 Designated Training Venues for the ICDI Launch Year @ $7,800 per Qualified Physiotherapist per 6 Months ICDI Training Programme = $858,000.
