Samurai, Rex aka Pimpernel, Guy aka Lawyer, Simon aka Engineer, ToothFairy, Scribe, Pacific, Martin aka Architect, new chum Hugh, and an anorexic Heineken met-up at Whale Beach Cafe after 35km. With Tornado away on the Qld ride and Heineken in a hurry to get home to his 2 nippers, there were no takers for the Roller Coaster to Hell via Newport Arms, Clareville and Careel Bay. However, we did return via the scenic coastal route to Palm Beach.
