I.           have paid Usurious Unsecured Personal Loan Interest Rates using Multiple Credit Cards and have paid Material Interest And Fees (ie. more than $5,000 in any continuous three year period at a Comparison Rate Over 20% Per Annum); and

II.          have experienced Extreme Financial And Emotional Distress.

Australian Governments allocate $43 million annually to 44 Australian charities to provide financial counselling to Australians That Are Experiencing Extreme Financial And Emotional Distress

Primary providers of 'face-to-face' financial counselling (casework) include: 1.  Salvation Army's 'Moneycare' service 2.  St Vincent de Paul's Budget and Financial Counselling Service provides the Broken Bay Financial Counselling Service 3.  Centacare 4.  Anglicare 5.  Lifeline 6.  Smith Family 7.  Wesley Mission's Credit Line 8.  Good Shepherd program

The quantum of Eligible Plaintiffs can readily be estimated by liaison with 44 Australian charities that provide financial counselling.

Extreme Financial And Emotional Distress provides further evidence of the market sector of Credit Cardholders that are suffering Numeracy And Literacy Discrimination by contributing "The Lion's Share" of Interest And Fees Revenue whilst the Financially Educated enjoy a Line Of Credit on their Credit Cards at virtually no cost.
