Defined Terms and Documents      'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Programme

Five Influencing Factors

The below five weighty reasons prompted the Writer to prepare ATLSEIP by using the same Thirteen Steps as an Arranger to complete Finance Documents for a Greenfield or Brownfield Infrastructure Project Development Transaction that he deployed whilst working for CBA in Infrastructure Finance:

1.         SMH's "Crying out for a new beginning" and other newspaper articles and committee reports, evaluated in Seeing what it is like to be an "Unlucky Australian" evidence that many Socially Disadvantaged  Indigenous Australians in isolated country towns struggle in western society which -
(a)         places an enormous burden on local communities; and
(b)         evidences excessively inefficient expenditure of the 'fiscal pot'.

Journalist, Rachel Olding's afore-mentioned SMH article motivated t
he Writer to R&D a Social Inclusion Programme titled 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Early Intervention Programme to achieve the Thirteen Deliverables From 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' Programme which includes Closing The Gap In Indigenous Disadvantage - fully Funded and Administered by Ten Corporate Sponsors - able to commence at end-2015.

2.         Exploit the Motivational Incentive Of RTV where presently 'cooking contests', '3rd bedroom renovations challenges', 'dancing contests' and 'weight loss contests' capture significant TV ratings - there are many 'community challenges'  to assist the Socially Disadvantaged that could similarly exploit the Motivational Incentive Of RTV to ensure that all involved maximise their contributions/effort to cost-effectively provide Social Inclusion to Indigenous Australians, as well as recognise the contributions of Ten Corporate Sponsors as noted in Three Benefits To Ten Corporate Sponsors; thereby establish A Template To Elevate The Utility of RTV

3.         To Prove The Effectiveness And Viability Of The Private Sector Philanthropic Administrator Model that a large number of Baby Boomers who retire as early as 55 from senior positions in major Australian companies possess valuable skills which could be channelled into Precisely Structured And Costed Preventive Health Programmes for the Three Benefits To Ten Corporate Sponsors which 'inter alia' would evidence a Public Relations Bonanza For Ten Corporate Sponsors

4.         Productivity Commission's 2014 'Overcoming Indigenous Disadvantage' report notes some disturbing concerns, including almost no change in literacy and numeracy results, "which are particularly poor in remote areas" -  Peter Harris, Chairman, Productivity Commission

5.         "The Government will continue to work with individuals, communities and businesses to build stronger Indigenous organisations and find practical ways to foster economic prosperity at the individual, family and community level." - Closing the Gap - Prime Minister’s Report 2015
