Defined Terms and Documents      'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills' RTV Social Inclusion Early Intervention Programme 

First City Venue Attendees means the following will attend the one venue (probably Sydney) over 5 days from late-Sept to early October (during school holidays between Term 3 and Term 4) of the Third RTV Year to compete in the Year 11  Teams' I.T. Geek Challenge:

*            10  x  Indigenous Local Connectors;

*          120 x  Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students making up Ten Regional Township Teams;

*              6  x  Regional Township Teams' Co-ordinators for the Third RTV Year; and

*              3  x  Judges.

This aggregates to 19 Mentors supervising 120 x  Accepted Year 9 Aboriginal Students which equates to one Mentor for each 5 ⁷/₈  Accepted Year Aboriginal 9 Student.

Four Challenge Judging Venues notes:

Sydney has been tentatively selected as the First City Venue to host the Year 11  Mixed Teams' I.T. Geek Challenge.  However, Sydney and Melbourne could swap these roles if there was some benefit, for example a GPS School/s or CHS College/s was available to accommodate students in one year, but not the other  - refer Point 2. in Notes to the 'Life Skills' Programme Budget'.
