Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme or YELP or Solution means for this Business Plan the Preventive Health benefits encompassed within the 6th Guidance Influence to be provided by Government with transparent planning, process, structure and disciplines which -

(i)         draws on the Youthful Exuberance Theme;

(ii)        accredits various RECs who have satisfied Accreditation Benchmarks set down by a Government;

(iii)       approves Recreational Exercise Activities which for the 12 month Pilot comprises 9 Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activities and 6 MREAs;

(iv)       establishes a YELP Website;

(v)        approves pertinent Training Procedures for each of the initial 9 Rigorous Recreational Exercise Activities delivered cost-effectively via e-Learning and e-Training Techniques thru the internet;

(vi)       enables Interested Adults to request a REC to -
*            Supervise Interested Adults into a RREA; and
*            Refer other Interested Adults into a MREA;

(vii)      pays Gross REC Remuneration to each REC according to the number of Adult Enquirers and GP's Patients each REC as measured from Participant Testimonials -

            *            Supervises into a LDRREG; or

*            Refers into a LDMREG,

in order to provide a holistic, integrated strategy with a Timetable Of Milestones and Pilot Goals, Forecasts and Predictions to Improve Personal Health & Fitness which  Materially Alters Lifestyle to reduce the >$155b Negligent Lifestyle Annual Costs of Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks.
