*   Collective Action from 520 environmentally conscious adults, drawn from all walks of life, both Abled, Disabled and Disadvantaged, who prefer rigorous, competitive, Challenging exercise in a communal environment in the great outdoors to promote "Rigorous out door exercise can be lots of fun" and "Our ecosystem is our playground, lets look after it".

*   Utilise Annual KOM Challenge Series to show that adults playing in the great outdoors is more appealing than Economic Materialism.

*  17 Stakeholders benefit by supporting the Annual KOM Challenge Series - a Win Win situation.

*   5 person Event Team possesses cycling administration experience and I.T. smarts, together with the drive to overcome any obstacles.

*   KOM Semi Finals Entry Fees and RTV Production Fee goes to Trust Fund controlled by APC and Wheelchair Sports Assoc NSW to purchase Tandems and Specialty Bicycles for the Disabled.

*   Stakeholders to support the Annual KOM Challenge Series as a Collective Action representing a blueprint for citizens to Materially Alter Lifestyle to reduce $155b Negligent Lifestyle Annual Costs of Fifteen Problems, which include the Taskforce's Three Public Health Risks.

 

*    Stakeholders do not work cooperatively to complete Tasks listed in:
Schedule II.

"Promote wellness", reduce the cost of "treating the effect" of ill health and reduce Personal Carbon Footprint by marshalling the talents of proven recreational Sports Event Organisers to provide, via the Internet, easy to participate, enjoyable, physical Annual Challenge Series Competitions for selected RREAs and MREAs for both Abled and Disabled.

 

*   420 Abled Qualifiers for the 21 Age Divisions and 100 Disabled Category each wearing 'Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme' Qualifiers Jerseys which display Approved Logos and "Rigorous out door exercise can be lots of fun" and "Our ecosystem is our playground, lets look after it", with 21 Climbers awarded KOM Age Division Winner Jerseys and 10 Disabled Climbers awarded KOM Disabled Category Winner Jerseys

 

Thousands more Cyclists wearing 'Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme' 'Club Jerseys' and Youthful Exuberance Lifestyle Programme 'Individual Climber Jerseys' also displaying the above two slogans.

*   4 @ 50 min RTV Series episodes on the Inaugural Annual KOM Challenge Series featuring:
-   elite Disabled
Cyclists to unearth another world class Disabled athlete; and

 

     -   inspirational Disabled who overcome major Disabilities to maintain successful professional careers and compete in the Disabled Category Finals Day.
-   prominent CEOs of Australia's largest companies and semi-govt agencies compete in the Abled Age Divisions, profiled with Qualifiers from the wrong side of town, adults who have been on drugs or imprisoned, who have turned their lives around thru rigorous cycling, where everyone is treated equally in a recreational ride group.

*   Australia can lead the way globally in delivering a commoditised, annual exercise competition for both Abled and Disabled adults of all ages which represents a proactive initiative, for both a healthy mind and stronger body.

 

   Australian Paralympics Committee will achieve greater public profile.

 

 

 

*    Enhance and empower hundreds of Disabled Interested Adults, thereby creating a platform for +1 million Disabled Australians to improve their QOL, reduce financial burden on public purse and increase their productivity - changing public attitudes regarding opportunities for the Disabled. - Section 10(a).

 

 

*   Not gaining the support of Australian Paralympics Committee which administers 50 elite Disabled athletes, federal and state health agencies as explained in Section 13B(b).

 Not ensuring the Disabled Category Finals Day is an outstanding success because as successful launch will materially reduce Bicycle Organisation Franchise Fees.
