16.(h)   No explicit fee or cost to be a Volunteer

Section 16(d) informs that the Primary Research Programme Budget includes a provision of $35,000 (item 7) to purchase 50 road bicycles and $15,000 (item 7) to purchase 50 Hilly Rides Challenge Equipment Kits across 5 selected bike shops central to the 5 Selected District Recreational Road Cycle Groups -

(i)         as an inducement to become a Volunteer, with -
*          25 Volunteers drawn from the Disadvantaged and Disabled; and
*          25 from a Specific Industry Group; and

(ii)        as compensation to each Volunteer completing Four Hypothesis Test Reports, whereupon the Volunteer may retain their bicycle and Hilly Rides Challenge Equipment Kit as their own personal property whilst they continued in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme.

There would be no explicit fee for a Volunteer to participate in the 10 Months Tenure Of Primary Research Programme for the Two "Deal Breaker" Purposes Of The Primary Research Programme, notwithstanding that several of the seasoned cyclists within the 5 Selected District Recreational Road Cycling Groups would give their time to assist with bicycle maintenance advice and offering tips re riding techniques, in the same way that many seasoned cyclists have assisted new inexperienced cyclists who have joined Muggaccinos.com over the last 10 years.
