Credit Cardholder Fees means not limited to the following fees levied upon  Credit Cardholders by Credit Card Issuers on the Retail Supply Side of Four-Party Schemes (might also be levied under Three-Party Schemes):

• Annual Fee or Annual Cardholder Fee

• Balance Transfer Fee

• Cash Advance Fee

• Foreign Transaction Fee

• Late Payment Fee

• Monthly Account Service Fee

• Overlimit Fee

A Merchant may charge a Cardholder a Surcharge Fee to cover the Merchant Service Fee that the Merchant incurs for accepting the Cardholder  Credit Card.
