Monthly Progress Report means a written report that the Six Regional Township Teams Co-ordinators will be responsible to prepare, with the assistance from the Indigenous Principal's Representative (for the First RTV Year) and distribute to the other 24 Wise Old Owls -

(i)        based on liaison with the 6 Township Team Captains, 6 Township Team Vice-Captains and the Indigenous Local Connector in each of the Six Regional Townships and pertinent Cross Section Of Mentors; and

(ii)       after reviewing the Regional Township Team Web Folder for each of the Ten Regional Township Teams on the 'Aboriginal Teenager Life Skills'  Website.
