Community Driven Healthy Exercise Lifestyle Programme or CDHELP means a Healthy Exercise Lifestyle Programme which enables Interested Adults to commence a Recreational Exercise Activity at a Local District Recreational Exercise Group which -

(i)         utilises Existing Recreational & Competitive Exercise Infrastructure and draws on Existing Human Resources;

(ii)        incorporates a business plan which is well thought out, robust, risk managed and highly cost-effective which enthuses prominent members of the community to want to make an active contribution to the success of the CDHELP, thereby facilitating both individual Philanthropy and Corporate Philanthropy;

(iii)       creates Local Community Common Bond Support Groups;

(iv)       encourages a Local Community Healthy Lifestyle and Changing Social Values which leaves a small Personal Carbon Footprint because the Great Outdoors is our playground and worth safeguarding for future generations;

(v)        utilises the substantive economies and Gatekeeper attributes of employing and deploying Golden Gurus in a mentoring capacity;

(vi)       is "driven" (administered) by 32 Pioneer FOFs drawn from 16 Equity Holders under a YELP  SPV; and

(vii)      is a "community-based disease prevention programme".

The YELP First Business Plan is a CDHELP which has the same goals as 'Corporate Wellness Programmes', however, is delivered on a national scale drawing upon Existing Recreational & Competitive Exercise Infrastructure and Existing Human Resources, rather than by major US corporates implementing dedicated, one-off Wellness Programmes seeking to reduce health insurance costs for their employees.
